ASB purchase is required to compete in sports. See bookkeeper for ASB purchase and bring receipt with clearance paperwork.

In order to be eligible to practice you must have all necessary paperwork turned into the Administration office before the first practice. If you are not sure if your current physical on file is up to date, please see Ms. Payseno in the Administration Office for more information. Athlete and parent must sign the concussion form and bring with clearance paperwork. Athletes must have a sports clearance in order to turnout (practice) in any sport.
