Iowa Tests of Educational Development (ITED)

• Multiple Choice Questions that emphasize basic or foundation skills

• Provide national comparisons.  The comparison group is called a "norm"

• Tests basic skills in: vocabulary, reading comprehension, and math computation

• Results are rankings.  A percentile score of 55 means the student scored as high or higher than 55 percent of the students across the country.
