Monies for yearbooks, field trips, and 5th grade camp can only be accepted by the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Our next PTSA meeting is Thursday, February 11, at 6:30 p.m.
Friday, February 12, is an early dismissal day (12:45 p.m.)
There is no school February 15-16 (President's Day and mid-winter break)

Principal's Message

February 2009

Dear Challenger Families,

The month of February is filled with events that should keep all of us plenty busy. President’s Day is Monday, February 15th and builds into our mid-winter break which also includes February 16th. The mid-winter break is much shorter than in previous years so February should keep us moving!

President’s Day

On Monday February 15th we do not have school. Some people will be off playing, some shopping, but the real reason for this holiday is to pay tribute to George Washington. Over the years, the public has come to think of it as a day to honor Washington, Lincoln and other presidents. This is not exactly the case.
