School
Mission
"We
will strive to establish and maintain effective
partnerships among staff, parents and the community.
In this united effort, we will work to create and
ensure a positive and caring learning environment
in which all children can reach their potential.
We will achieve this by promoting our firm belief
that all children can learn the best educational
strategies and techniques, appropriate social and
problem-solving skills, and will respect the uniqueness
of all people and groups. We will provide a physically
and emotionally safe environment."

Lunch
Buddies!!!
Lunch Buddies are adult volunteers who spend one lunch
hour on a regular with a student—a child whom
needs positive support and could use a friend. Some
of our lunch buddies come once a week, others once
every two weeks. Through the lunch buddy program you
can make a real difference in the life of a child.
The qualifications are easy. You need to like children,
be dependable and caring, and have an appreciation
for some of the problems children face today. You’ll
find that this friendship will be a rewarding experience
for you too. For more information on this worthwhile
program, please call the school at (425)356-1735 or
e-mail Mr.

To
our volunteers:
Thank you for your interest in making a positive difference
for the students in the Mukilteo School District.
To ensure that we maintain a positive and respectful

you have read these documents, please print and sign
the "Policy Receipt" and submit it to your
