Dear Parents of Second Grade Students:
An important part of the educational program at Endeavour Elementary includes establishing good study skills. Toward that end, students need to come to school with the basic supplies listed below. In addition, individual teachers may request other specific materials during the school year. Please be certain that your child arrives at school with these supplies and check periodically to replenish those items that get used up.
1 - 1-inch standard 3-ring binder
1 - Composition book
2 – dry-erase markers (non-toxic, low-odor)
Box of colored pencils (maximum 12)
24 - sharpened #2 pencils
Box of crayons – (maximum 24)
2 - large solid paste glue sticks
1– 4 oz bottle of Elmer’s glue
3 - Large pink or green erasers
Scissors – sturdy, rounded, Fiskar-type
Ruler (12” marked with both inches and cm/mm)
School box (plastic, no larger than 6” x 9”) lid needs to have a snap closure
Book bag or backpack
1 large box of Kleenex
1 box of quart sized Ziplock bags
1 container of Baby Wipes
1 bottle of Hand Sanitizer
Two folders are provided by the school, replacements may be purchased from the school store for 50 cents
PLEASE MARK ALL SUPPLIES AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS (LUNCH BOX, BACKPACK, COAT) WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME. School supplies should be checked at the end of each reporting period.
