Saturday – May 17^th              OFF  Enjoy the parade !!!!!

 

Production Week - 

Sunday – May 18^th                12:00 – 6:00 – Kamiak

 

                                        12:00 – 2:30 –   placement for dance and music

                                        2:30 – 3:00 –    lunch provided

                                        3:00 – 6:00 -           run the show

 

On Sunday, you need the following:

        a)  Completed Contract  (attached in case)

        b)  Complete COSTUME – come in your “street clothes”

        c)  NOTHING ELECTRONIC  :~)  I will be collecting cell phones

        d)  A stuffed animal

               

 

Monday – May 19^th                3:15 – 6:00 – Kamiak

Tuesday – May 20^th               3:15 – 6:00 – Kamiak

Wednesday – May 21^st            3:15 – 6:00 – Kamiak

                                        4:00 Performance

Thursday – May 22^nd             11:30 – lunch and costume call - 1:00 – Performance

                                        6:00 makeup/costume call – 7:30 Performance

Friday – May 23^rd                       11:30 lunch and costume call - 1:00 – Performance

                                        6:00 makeup/costume call – 7:30 Performance

                                        Cast party to follow in the PAC Lobby

 

Dear Cast and Parents:

 

The cast is doing a fantastic job.  This is “production week”.  A reminder that if you are missing from any rehearsal, you will be excused from the Spring Musical.  I will be sending a note each day’s next week, both to the parents and the cast members. It is the cast’s responsibility to get to Kamiak at the assigned time.  They will need their costume EACH day. They will have a snack provided to them EACH day.
