Our Uganda Drive is underway. Clean and usable items (school supplies, clothing, toys, shoes, books and toiletries) are being collected during first period. We hope to include and focus on some “basics” to help stock their new latrine, kitchen and dormitory. Suggested items include toilet paper (packs, please), soap, towels, blankets, and plastic dishes. The drive runs through Wednesday, November 21^st.

Fred Poss, Deputy Superintendent of the Mukilteo School District, will be our guest speaker for the Parent Coffee on Wednesday at 9A to discuss Bond Issues. Please join us!

Rollerblading Club starts today and will be every Tuesday from 3 to 4P. The club is available to 6th, 7th and 8th graders and meets at the Portable. Club Advisor: Cheryl Kelley

A reminder that the speed limit is 20MPH before and after school – even if the speed limit light is not flashing! When children are present – slow down and remember the speed limit in the parking lots is even SLOWER!

The Mukilteo School Foundation is holding its annual Book Fair at the Borders Books Stores at both the Alderwood and Everett Mall this Saturday and Sunday (November 17th and 18th). By using the coupon available at the link below, you will receive a 10% discount and the foundation will receive 10% of the proceeds of your purchase. The foundation will use the funds to purchase books for Mukilteo schools. This year the Foundation hopes to purchase 12 sets of books for each middle school.
