INTERNATIONAL DRIVE
Our Uganda Drive is underway. Clean and usable items (school supplies, clothing, toys, shoes, books and toiletries) are being collected during first period. We hope to include and focus on some “basics” to help stock their new latrine, kitchen and dormitory. Suggested items include toilet paper (packs, please), soap, towels, blankets, and plastic dishes. The drive runs through Wednesday, November 21st.
PARENT COFFEE
Fred Poss, Deputy Superintendent of the Mukilteo School District, will be our guest speaker for the Parent Coffee on Wednesday at 9A to discuss Bond Issues. Please join us!
NEW CLUB
Rollerblading Club starts today and will be every Tuesday from 3 to 4P. The club is available to 6th, 7th and 8th graders and meets at the Portable. Club Advisor: Cheryl Kelley

A reminder that the speed limit is 20MPH before and after school – even if the speed limit light is not flashing! When children are present – slow down and remember the speed limit in the parking lots is even SLOWER!

Come to PLAN NOW to learn more about two and four year colleges, technical
colleges, apprenticeship programs, how to fund college, scholarships, Sno-Isle
Skill Center, Running Start, writing a college essay, art education,
accommodations for students on IEP’s/504’s, volunteering, the ACT/SAT, and much
more. This program is open to all Mukilteo residents.
MUKILTEO SCHOOL FOUNDATION BOOK FAIR AND FUNDRAISER
The Mukilteo School Foundation is holding its annual Book Fair at the Borders Books Stores at both the Alderwood and Everett Mall this Saturday and Sunday (November 17th and 18th). By using the coupon available at the link below, you will receive a 10% discount and the foundation will receive 10% of the proceeds of your purchase. The foundation will use the funds to purchase books for Mukilteo schools. This year the Foundation hopes to purchase 12 sets of books for each middle school.

SECOND SEASON SPORTS
Second season sports (Volleyball and Boys Basketball) turn outs continue this week. This week, volleyball will practice Tuesday and Thursday. Boys Basketball will practice Wednesday and Friday. Both will meet from 3 to 5P. Practices will alternate until Thanksgiving.
