Our district will count students who ride the bus to school for the State of Washington this week.  Transportation revenue for our district is determined solely on the data collected.  Students will be counted each morning.  If your child rides the bus to school, it is very important they ride during this time!!!

STUDENT PHOTOS

Photos retakes will be taken Tuesday.  Any student having their photo retaken needs to return their original photo packet to the photographers.  Any students absent on the original photo day should be photographed on retake day.  Packages maybe purchased on retake day.  Forms are available in Student Services or the Main Office.

FROM THE MUKILTEO LIBRARY

October is Teen Read Month and the Mukilteo Library is celebrating the national theme of “Read Beyond Reality” with a Liar’s Party and a visit from a palm reader!  Teens and adults are invited to meet author Justine Larbalestier at our Liar’s Party to celebrate her new book Liar, a psychological thriller narrated by a compulsive liar. Dress up as someone else and be prepared to tell your best whoppers!  Mocktails and finger foods will be served. Books will be available for purchase and autographing by the author. The party begins at 4P on Monday, October 19th.

Sheila Lyon, the Diva of Divination, will visit the library on Thursday, October 22nd at 4P. Teens and adults can learn the basics of palm reading and numerology from one of America’s foremost fortune tellers. This program is supported by the Friends of the Mukilteo Library.
