Important information regarding sports physicals
It has been brought to our attention that sports physicals obtained through some clinics will only be good for one year. WIAA honors physicals for two years. Please check with the athletic office if you are unsure of your physical expiration date and check with your physician before making an appointment that the physical will be good for two years. The physicals taken through the high schools in the spring are good for two years.

College-bound athletes planning on playing at
Division 1 and Division 2 schools
need to complete the NCAA Clearinghouse
application online at www.ncaaclearinghouse.net .

SPORTS CLEARANCE:

Athletic registration forms and physical exam forms may be dropped off in the athletic or main office. All athletes need clearance for a sport to turn out.

Students must have a 2.0 GPA and have passed 5 classes the previous semester, have a current physical, parent permission, insurance, and an ASB sticker to be cleared.
