If you are interested in volunteering at Olivia Park, you'll need to complete a Washington State Patrol Clearance form. Print and sign the FIRST page of this link AFTER you've read the packet.

There is another form that will need to filled out at the main office. You'll need to provide identification when submitting the form. THANK YOU.
