Your task will include the following:

1. You have been sent information, but not a picture of your animal. Open the document from your teacher titled New Zoo Animal Fax that was sent to you in VC. Read the "fax" from the airport. Above the Fax is your job in your group. Save in your documents.

2. Look at the list of types of animals. Look closely at the information you were sent to find a clue to the type of animal being sent to your zoo. Decide as a group which type of animal is being sent to your zoo.

3. There will be 5 animals from the same type. Go to each of those links to learn about all 5 animals.  Read the animal fact sheets to match the correct animal that is being sent to your zoo using the fax information you have been sent.

4. Look at the 5 habitat choices in your zoo. Match the new animal with the correct habitat.

5. Look at the New Zoo Animal Information sheet. Get a copy from your teacher to use for taking notes from the website. If the animal facts from your website do not have enough information try more animal facts which will give you one more website to use for your information.

6. Use your form to fill out you final copy from the copy sent to you in VC. Fill it out to give to your boss.

7. Get a New Zoo Animal Picture Form and have each member of your group do an illustration of your animal.

8. Look at the rubric your boss will use to check if you have done a good job and should be hired to work at the zoo.
