Hello! My name is Mrs. Geel and I teach second grade at Discovery Elementary. I have been working in education for 5 years now! I have been a substitute teacher, as well as the Director of Education at the Sylvan Learning Center. Discovery Elementary has been my home for 2 years now and I love it here! I graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a BA in Elementary Education. I would love to earn my masters degree in reading instruction within the next couple of years. I currently live in Queen Anne with my husband Justin and my bulldog Daisy! I love them both to pieces! Outside of school I love to read, photography, shopping, running, camping, watching sports and movies, and spending time with friends and family.
