OFFICIAL EvCC TRANSCRIPTS

PLEASE NOTE:  At no time may transcripts be requested by telephone or email.  Your signature is required to release any information regarding your student records.

An official transcript is a copy of the student's academic record bearing the College's seal, the signature of the Associate Dean of Enrollment Services, and mailed directly to the receiving party from Everett Community College. An unofficial transcript is an unsigned and unsealed copy of the student's record and is used primarily for advising purposes.

Transcripts are withheld if all obligations to the College, financial or otherwise, are not fulfilled.

The following information is needed in order to obtain a transcript:

You may request an official transcript by submitting this information in person at the Office of Enrollment Services or by completing the Transcript Request Form and mailing it to Everett Community College, Office of Enrollment Services, 2000 Tower Street, Everett Washington 98201 or faxing it to us at (425)388-9173.  

If you are sending someone to pick up a transcript for you, that person must provide a signed and dated release from you and show picture identification.

Effective April 1, 2004 Official Transcripts are free.  However, please be aware that requests of more than ten transcripts in a single day may incur a charge.

UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

Unofficial transcripts may be obtained at the Enrollment Services Office. You may also request an unofficial transcript by fax at (425) 388-9173 or through the Student Kiosk.To access the kiosk enter your student ID#, (starts with 804).  The PIN is your six-digit date of birth, no dashes or slashes. If you make the request by fax, you must include the information above.
