About Me

I was born and raised in beautiful Butte, Montana.  I graduated in 1995 from Montana Tech with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering.  I moved to the Seattle area in May 1996 and worked as an engineer for about 7 years.  I then decided teaching was for me, and I made the leap into the world of education by obtaining my Masters in Secondary Education.  I am so happy with my career change.  I LOVE teaching! 

My husband, Scott, and I have two children...Erik and Jason.  We of course think they are absolutely amazing!  In my spare time (which is quite scarce with two small children!), I enjoy sports, outdoor activities, reading, and lots of other things.
