participate in a job shadow, please print the following form.

All arrangements for the job shadow
including but not limited to student transportation are the responsibility of
the parents and student.
As a voluntary student activity that is
not sponsored or required by the
Mukilteo School District, Kamiak High School and the Mukilteo School District
do not assume any liability for a student’s participation in or travel to a job
shadow.
