KEY CLUB NEWS – LETTER
Dear Kamiak Key Clubbers:
Upcoming volunteer opportunities: Christmas House – This is December 8th 2007, Saturday from 2 pm – 8 pm. All volunteers need to stay for the whole six hour shift. Please turn in the contract forms as soon as possible. The latest I will take them is by this Friday. Please drop them off in Mrs. Mease's room in the back table where all the other key club forms are. I need them by this Friday because the names and information of all the volunteers need to be sent out to the Christmas House Organizer by Dec 1 st. Oh and I'm so sorry, but I forgot to tell you WHERE Christmas House actually is going to be held at. Christmas house is located at the Everett Boys and Girls Club, 2316 – 12th ST Everett Wa 98201. Driving directions from Kamiak to The Boys and Girls Club will be sent out today night to those of you who signed up. So don't forget and get those papers turned in. Thank you! :] Ear Candy for the Hungry – Auditions have been going on now, but there's still time. So get your band members and don't be afraid to audition. After all, it's a chance for you to record a CD for free! Good luck to all the people auditioning :] So, you already have your key club hours, but don't have any ideas on how to fill the rest of your ten hours? Well this year my friend Stacie Kwon actually introduced me to an organization called Habitat for Humanity and they need people to mandate a gift wrap center and they are three hour shifts. If you're interested I'll contact Stacie and Habitat for Humanity and will be more than happy to give you more information about their volunteer opportunities and organization.
