All About the Teach

My name is Lisa Reim, and I am in my fifth year teaching math at Harbour Pointe Middle School.   I completed my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington but am still deeply connected to my WSU beginnings.  GO COUGS!!!   After the UW, I continued my education through the Master’s in Teaching program at Seattle University.  It was there that I discovered the joy of working with middle school students. 

I am the proud parent of two amazing children (okay, one is 20 now; so technically an adult).  They are involved with a variety of local activities, and you will often see me attending a local soccer,  volleyball, wrestling, football, or basketball game (even if my child is not participating).  You may even see me attempting to coach the distance runners around the track during the spring season. 

My beautiful daughter is embarking on a new adventure and leaving the nest for college hoping to earn her degree in school counseling.  My son attends Kamiak and is an athletic junkie, who will participate in anything sports related. 

I am excited to be back at Harbour Pointe teaching one of the greatest subjects ever, Math!!
