About Me
Hello!  My name is Shelley Santti, and this is my eighth year here at Discovery Elementary School.  The early part of my career was spent teaching preschool.  Early childhood education was an enjoyable and rewarding job, but I felt pulled to teach at the elementary level and returned to school to earn my degree.  My Batchelor's degree was earned at Western Washington University, and my Master's will be earned at Walden University.  This will be completed in February 2008. Last year, I moved into the reading specialist position after teaching fourth grade for the last six years. I am excited to be back teaching reading to our kindergarten, first and second grade students and am looking forward to a new and exciting year.
