Education/Experience:
Previously I
taught a self
contained
special
education class
in the Pasco
School District
at the
elementary
level.
Then I stayed
home with my
children for 10
years. My
first year in
the Mukilteo
School District
I taught
preschool
special
education.
During that time
I took a year
long class on
autism spectrum
disorders, and
moved to this
position at
Harbour Pointe
the next year.
I have completed
the training for
the TEACCH
program, out of
University of
North Carolina.
This is my 6th
year in the
Structured
Teaching class. |
My Family,
My husband and I live here in Mukilteo. We have 3 children. My oldest daughter is 19, and attends
the University of Montana. (Go Grizzlies!) My son is 17
years old, and is a senior at Kamiak High School. My youngest daughter is 15,
and is a freshman at Kamiak.
